The website and goods are provided by Trinkets London Limited, a company registered in England with a registered office at 63-66, Hatton Gardens, Fifth Floor, Suite 23, London, EC1N 8LE under the number 13796537. Any reference to ‘You’, or ‘Your’ is to the user of the website and the purchaser of the goods. ‘We’, ‘Us’ ‘Our’ or ‘the Company’ refers to Trinkets London.
These terms and conditions apply to any purchases from the trinketslondon.com website.
You must read these terms and conditions carefully before you place an order on trinketslondon.com. By placing an order on trinketslondon.com, you are automatically accepting the terms and conditions.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make modifications or changes to the terms and conditions. Any such change will be effective to all new orders. You should check the terms and conditions regularly to ensure you are familiar with and comply with the current version.

By using the hashtag #InMyTrinkets #TrinketsLondon, related hashtags relating to our brand in your social media posts and/or social media images (including captions), @Trinketslondon handles, responding to any Trinkets London posts and/or uploading your pictures or content to any Trinkets London pages/platforms, you are automatically agreeing to the UCG policy.
You are giving Trinkets London a non-exclusive licence to use the content which cannot be invalidated by you, besides where permitted by law. Trinkets London will have the right to replicate the user content in any form.
By giving Trinkets London the licence to use your user content you are agreeing to being at least 18 years of age.
Although Trinkets London aims to credit your user content, this credit is not obligatory along with any fees being paid to you.
If your real name, location, username, location, caption or any other information that links to your identification was posted with your user content, you are giving Trinkets London permission to use this information alongside your user content, if necessary.
We have the right to use your user content with other posts, artwork, material or text. You do not have the right to approve how we use your user content.
Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and the availability of the goods and will be invoiced at prices on our website at the time of purchase.
All of our prices are in Pounds Sterling and you will be invoiced in Pounds Sterling. If you are purchasing goods from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may affect the amount billed on your credit card.
Full payment is required before the dispatch of your goods, until then the goods will remain the property of Trinkets London.
We will send out an order confirmation email to the email address provided to us by you, once the payment is received by us.
Items sold online should be in stock, unless stated otherwise. However, if an item goes out of stock we will notify you immediately. We will either refund you the money or inform you of the changed delivery time.
We are not liable for any damage incurred to goods in transit or for non-delivery.
You are the owner of the goods once they are dispatched to you. After they are delivered to you, Trinkets London is not liable for their loss or destruction. Please also note that any offers/discount codes can only be used once per person and offers cannot be combined.
When placing your order at Trinkets London, you are responsible for ensuring you provide an accurate delivery address and there is someone available to take your order at the time of delivery.
If someone is not available to take your order, you will have the option to collect your parcel from the local depot.
We will use Royal Mail for all deliveries.

To receive a full return on any purchase made on trinketslondon.com, you must make your return within 30 days of the date of delivery. Any items returned after the return date will not be refunded.
To make a return, fill out the Returns And Exchange form on our Returns and Exchanges page. Please ensure you package all items in the original Trinkets London packaging. Please check your items thoroughly before removing Trinkets London tags and packaging, as items must be returned in the condition they arrived using the original trinkets London tags and packaging. We will not accept items that have been used or worn.
Earrings are non-refundable and non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Once you have filled out the Returns and Exchange form, we will email you with a return address.
All refunds will be made within three working days of receiving the returned goods. Returns will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment. Refunds do not include shipping costs. You will receive a notification via email, once your order has been refunded.
We do not take responsibility for any items being lost and stolen in transit; all of our parcels are tracked sent out to you via Royal Mail, so please use a tracked and signed delivery method when returning the goods back to us.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges can be made, depending on stock availability, by clearly stating the new item you would like on your returns and exchanges slip. This does not include postage and shipping costs.
We ensure all our packages are securely wrapped, however in the rare occasion that you do receive a faulty and or damaged item please email us with a photograph. We will be happy to provide you with a postage and packaging label.
Once your item is returned back to us, we will inspect it and any item displaying damage as a result of wear will not be refunded to you. So please assure your photos are as clear as possible. Any items deemed as faulty and damaged will be refunded along with any postage/shipping costs. We can send out a replacement upon request depending on stock availability.
The composition and colour of the items shown may vary from the photographs shown on the trinketslondon.com website, as they are handcrafted from natural materials and taken under bright lighting. Please note there may also be minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications. Products may appear larger or smaller online, as we aim to show different angles and details on the item.
If you do not receive your ordered goods within seven working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail or telephone of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, or are damaged or defective, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within seven working days of the delivery of the goods in question. If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our obligation to you will be either:
- To make good any shortage or non-delivery;
- To replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or
- To refund to you the amount paid for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses howsoever arising out of any problem you notify us of under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question as stated above.
We are not held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier or Royal Mail.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Returns and Exchanges:
Standard Return Period: If you’re looking to return your item, we’re happy to either exchange or refund your order if returned within 30 days. Please note this excludes earrings.
Warranty: All our jewellery also comes with a 4-month warranty, in which we are happy to exchange items with manufacturing faults free of charge.
How should my item be returned?
All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase (excluding earrings). Please fill out the Returns and Exchange form on our Returns and Exchanges page. The following details must be included in your return:
- Whether you would like a refund for your item, or to exchange your item;
- Your full name and email address;
- Order number; and
- Your returns address (if you need an exchange)
* We cannot accept earrings back due to hygiene factors.
*Orders returned without an order slip or returns cover note will take longer to process and in some circumstances will not be processed at all. Please do not send back your item without any information, even if you’ve received a free returns postage label.
Refunding your item
Returned items will always be refunded to the original payment method.
- Credit or Debit Card – we will credit your account within 5-10 working days of receipt of your items
- PayPal – your refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 24 hours of your refund email being sent.
Where should I return my item?
Please fill out our Returns and Exchange form and we will email you back to you with the return address.
Exchanging your item
If you require a different size or would like to exchange what you’ve bought for another piece, we are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To proceed with an exchange, simply follow the below instructions:
- Fill out the exchange section on the returns and exchange form and state which item you would like to swap for.
- If the new item is more expensive, you will receive an email notifying you to make the additional payment.
- If the item you choose is lower in price, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
Sale & promotional returns:
We understand that you may feel frustrated if an item you bought has now been reduced in price. Sadly, we cannot refund the difference in price if this occurs as our promotions run between specific periods.
To receive the referred friend reward you must comply with the following terms and conditions:
- The referred friend is offered £10 off when they place their first order subject to a £75 minimum spend.
- The reward is valid for one month from the point of issue to the referred friend.
- The reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/discount code and only applies to full price items
- In order to qualify for the reward, the referred friend must be over the age of 16 and a new Customer to Trinkets London.
- Any rewards will be cancelled if a refund is requested on the order for which the reward was offered.
- The Referred friend reward cannot be claimed by the same person making the referral.
- Referred friend rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.
- Referrals can only be made once per person.
- If we cannot identify the customer by name or email address, they will not be eligible for the referred offer.
