- Swiss customs require all precious metals entering the country to be hallmarked by one of the UK’s four Assay Offices. Your order will be sent to be hallmarked as soon as we receive it and it may take some time.

While we are aiming to ensure that all countries can enjoy our jewellery pieces, however, there are some countries we, unfortunately, cannot get to:

We use Royal Mail to deliver all our orders.
- UK Next Day: Royal Mail 24hr Tracked And Signed
- UK Standard: Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked
- All International Standard Service: Royal Mail International Tracked And Signed
All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase (excluding earrings). Please fill out the form on our Returns and Exchanges page.
The following details must be included in the returns form:
- Whether you would like a refund for your item, or to exchange your item;
- Your full name and email address;
- Order number
* We cannot accept earrings back due to hygiene factors.
*Orders returned without filling out the Returns and Exchange form will take longer to process and in some circumstances will not be processed at all. Please ensure you will out the Returns and Exchanges form, even if you’ve received a free returns postage label.
Returned items will always be refunded to the original payment method.
- Credit or Debit Card – we will credit your account within 5-10 working days of receipt of your items; or
- Pay Pal – your refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 24 hours of your refund email being sent.
If you require a different size or would like to exchange what you’ve bought for another piece, we are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To proceed with an exchange, simply follow the below instructions:
- Fill out the form on our Returns and Exchanges page, specify you would like an exchange, and state which item you would like to swap for and provide us with a return address.
- If the new item is more expensive, you will receive an email notifying you to make the additional payment; and
- If the item you choose is lower in price, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
Yes, we offer free gift wrapping for all our orders!
Yes. All our jewellery also comes with a 4-month warranty, in which we are happy to exchange items with manufacturing faults free of charge.
This does not cover:
- Accidental damage/tearing;
- Lost or stolen pieces; and
- Damage from improper use or storage
In order to make use of your warranty, we will need proof of purchase.
